Show Accommodations

This will be a busy weekend in Madison so you're advised to book a room early.

 

Clarion Suites at the Alliant Energy Center is one of two host hotels. Ask for the Alpaca and Fiber Festival rooms to receive a discounted rate. Reservations can be made online or by calling 608-284-1234 or 608-284-9401. The discount deadline is two weeks before the show. The Clarion will offer a cold breakfast beginning at 6 a.m. followed by a hot breakfast buffet at 6:30 a.m. 

 

A block of rooms has also been reserved at the Home2 Suites Madison Central, the second host hotel located across from the Alliant Energy Center on Rimrock Road. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly or the Hilton reservations line at 800-445-8667 and mention the WI Alpaca and Fiber Festival or group code WAF. This link will take you to the hotel site to reserve a room for the show weekend. The deadline to make reservations and receive the group rate is March 15, 2023.
